I’m Victoria Kelly, founder, business, leadership & career coach.
With over 15 years’ experience in the media industry in senior leadership and production management roles, I know first-hand what it takes to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I’ve managed complex projects, led teams, overseen budgets and delivery, and supported people through periods of growth, transition, and uncertainty.
Becoming a mum gave me an even deeper understanding of what it means to redefine success, career, and confidence. After navigating my own return to work following maternity leave, I retrained as a professional coach and built my own businesses — experiences that now shape the way I support ambitious professionals through pivotal career and leadership moments.
Today, I specialise in helping people create clarity and momentum during times of change.

I hold a Certificate in Coaching accredited by both the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I’ve delivered many hours of 1:1 coaching with clients across industries, consistently helping them create meaningful and lasting change.
My coaching style is warm, pragmatic, and highly strategic. I combine deep listening with structure, challenge, and clear action so that you leave each session with confidence, clarity, and momentum.
