I’m Victoria Kelly, the founder of Elevare Coaching.

With over 15 years’ experience in the media industry in senior and management roles, I know first-hand the challenges of working in fast-paced, creative environments. I’ve led teams, delivered under pressure, and supported people through moments of growth, change, and uncertainty.

Becoming a mum gave me an even deeper understanding of what it means to redefine your career and your confidence. I’ve navigated my own return to work after maternity leave, retrained as a professional coach, and set up two businesses — experiences that fuel my passion for helping others step into their next chapter with clarity and confidence.

I now specialise in:

• Supporting women returning to work after maternity leave, helping them rebuild confidence, balance career with family, and secure the flexibility they need

• Coaching women and men in the media industry through career transitions, whether stepping into leadership, pivoting to a new path, or finding renewed purpose in their work

I hold a Certificate in Coaching accredited by both the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I’ve delivered many hours of 1:1 coaching with clients across industries — consistently seeing meaningful and lasting results.

My coaching style is warm, pragmatic, and focused. I believe people are resourceful and capable; my role is to create the space, structure, and support for you to unlock what’s already there — so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose..
