I’m Victoria Kelly, the founder of Elevare Coaching.

With over 15 years’ experience in the media industry in senior and management roles, I’ve spent my career leading teams, navigating fast-paced environments, and mentoring individuals through growth and change. My longstanding passion for psychology, people development and purposeful work led me to retrain as a professional coach — and I haven’t looked back.

I hold a Certificate in Coaching accredited by both the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I’ve delivered many hours of 1:1 coaching with clients from a wide range of industries - consistently seeing meaningful and lasting results.
